Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Tracklified's receipt management, sync, and export features.
Use of Tracklified
Tracklified helps you import, process, organize, and export receipts and related transaction records. You are responsible for the content you upload or import and for ensuring you have the right to process that content.
Connected Services
If you connect Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Photos, you authorize Tracklified to access and process the selected data using the read-only scopes requested during OAuth to provide receipt import and extraction features, including automatic periodic syncs when Gmail is connected. You can disconnect integrations at any time.
Mobile App
The mobile app can scan your photo library for receipts using on-device text recognition. When you enable background scanning, the app periodically checks for new photos and presents detected receipts for your review before uploading. You can disable this at any time in the app settings. Receipt detection is approximate and may produce false positives or miss receipts.
Browser Extension
The browser extension reads transaction data from supported banking and credit-card websites to match charges against your Tracklified receipts. It operates only on sites listed in the extension permissions. You may also submit anonymized page-structure reports to help improve site support. The extension does not monitor browsing activity on other websites.
AI Extraction and Review
Receipt extraction, email parsing, and duplicate detection may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should review extracted fields before relying on them for reimbursements, tax preparation, or financial decisions.
Support and Service Administration
You authorize Tracklified to access account and receipt data only as reasonably necessary to provide support you request, maintain and secure the service, investigate abuse or incidents, comply with law, or otherwise as described in the Privacy Policy.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe under the pricing and renewal terms presented at checkout. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for managing cancellation before renewal if you do not want continued service.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Tracklified to violate laws, abuse third-party services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or upload malware or content you are not permitted to process.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or the acceptable use policy. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your receipts, images, and account data will be permanently deleted.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tracklified and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
Service Changes
Features, integrations, and limits may change over time, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance or incidents.
Disclaimer
Tracklified is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tracklified and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the service. Total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for Tracklified in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice within the application before the changes take effect. Continued use of Tracklified after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
